Meat juicing is a special way of preparing fresh meat that originated in the kitchen and not in the animal feed industry. In meat juice cooking, fresh meat is cooked in a vacuum at a low temperature using only its own meat juices. After a long cooking time, during which the moisture in the meat juices is slowly reduced, the Fit-Sticks Snacks are created.
