The 3-in-1 complex combines magnesium citrate and magnesium glycinate (fast-absorbing, organically bound) with magnesium oxide (slow-release, for long-term replenishment of magnesium reserves).

Meadow grasses and herbs (warm-air dried, ground), magnesium glycinate 15%, magnesium citrate 15%, magnesium oxide 10%, linseed.
