St. Hippolyt® Linseed Oil is a natural and above all rich source of vital polyunsaturated fatty acids. Linseed oil has the highest concentration of omega-3 fatty acids of all known vegetable oils and is therefore very sensitive to heat and mechanical processing. The gentle cold-pressing process of St. Hippolyt® Mill Ebert ensures optimal oxidative stability (low peroxide numbers) and few free fatty acids as indicators of a particularly high-quality product.
