Black cumin has been used as a spice and medicine in the Orient for more than 2,000 years. Black cumin seed oil contains a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and the essential oil nigelon, which the body needs to produce prostaglandins.

HEALTH BENEFITS
Prostaglandins are endogenous substances with a hormone-like effect. They have anti-inflammatory properties, promote blood circulation, harmonize the immune system, and inhibit allergic mediators. For prostaglandin to be synthesized, polyunsaturated fatty acids and the trace element zinc must be present in sufficient quantities. Our recommendation: A trace element-rich basic feeding, e.g., with Hesta Mix® or Struktur-Energetikum®, or the addition of MicroVital®.
